Construction of the Dam

In this section we will look at the steps taken prior to construction of the dam and its Virtual Construction.
• Find a suitable river with an adequate canyon.
• Create Boulder City to house the construction workers and their families.
• Build a railroad to transport building materials in and debris out.
• Contract with the Six-Company partnership to handle the construction of the dam.
• Design innovative ways to deal with construction of the dam.
• Construct the dam
